In Memoriam: Francine Trevens


It is with sadness ATPAM announces the death on October 20 of Gold Card Press Agent Francine Trevens in New York City. Sister Trevens was 81 years old and had been a member of ATPAM since 1981.

Among the Broadway and Off-Broadway productions Sister Trevens represented were:   Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, The Curse of an Aching Heart, Merrily We Roll Along, Fifth of July, Your Arms Too Short to Box With God, Eubie!,Gemini, Steel Magnolias, A Shayna Maidel, Songs of Paradise,Tamara and Only The Lonely Are Free. She also worked as a producer and director, was a published playwright and author and co-founded the Greater New York Independent Publishers Association (GNYIPA).

Sister Trevens is survived by daughters Nina and Melissa and five grandchildren:  Ceanna, Michael, Sky, Anthony and Jared.
