In Memoriam: Arthur Callahan

ATPAM mourns the passing of Arthur Callahan, beloved road company manager, who died Monday at age 52. Adored by touring companies, presenting organizations, and venues around the globe, Callahan was company manager of Ain’t Too Proud on tour and countless touring theatrical productions including Jesus Christ Superstar, RENT, Motown the Musical, Something Rotten!, Ragtime, Peter & the Starcatcher, Rock of Ages, The Color Purple, Smokey Joe’s Café, Fame, and CATS. As an actor earlier in his career, Callahan played Vince Fontaine in a national tour of Grease and was a backup dancer for C&C Music Factory in the 90s. He passed November 28 in Freeport, NY.
