Member ID (4 digits)		This number will appear on your ATPAM Invoice (or use the last 4 digits of your social security number). It will appear as ORDER DESCRIPTION on your email confirmation*.
Amount being paid		Any amount paid is applied to the TOTAL AMOUNT DUE on your ATPAM Membership or Pre-Membership Account (DO NOT SUBMIT PAYMENT HERE FOR FUNDS)
*You must have a valid email address in order to finalize payment.
