MINIMUM BASIC AGREEMENT

The ATPAM/LEAGUE Minimum Basic Agreement (MBA) is negotiated with the League of American Theater Owners and Producers and governs Company and House Managers who work on Broadway and Touring productions of straight plays or musicals in the United States, Canada and internationally. This agreement covers the economic and working conditions of these members who work under the MBA.

MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

The IATSE/LEAGUE Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) is negotiated with The Broadway League and its non-League member signatories. The MOA, jointly administered by the IATSE and ATPAM governs Press Agents, both Seniors and Associates, who work on Broadway and Touring productions of straight plays or musicals in the United States, Canada and internationally. This agreement covers the economic and working conditions of these members who work under the MOA.

OTHER NEGOTIATED AGREEMENTS

ATPAM negotiates individual agreements outside of the MBA or MOA with several institutional and regional theatrical venues, including the Kennedy Center, Brooklyn Academy of Music, and Carnegie Hall, among others.
