Constitution and By-Laws Amendments Regarding Conduct of Elections Overwhelmingly Ratified by Membership in Light Voter Turnout

In recently completed balloting, ATPAM members approved amendments to the Union’s Constitution and By-Laws.  The amendment package required a 2/3 majority of those voting.  For complete election results visit the Members Only Section.

The purpose of the amendments is to improve and modernize the procedural guidelines for conduct of elections. The approved amendments will take effect upon endorsement by the International President of the IATSE.

Upon enactment of the amendments, the Union's Board will approve a contract with a third-party election service company to conduct the upcoming annual Board elections in April.
