OFF-BROADWAY RATES SET TO INCREASE ON JULY 1, 2002

ATPAM members working under the Off-Broadway Minimum Basic Agreement and agreements referenced to that contract will receive increases effective July 1, 2002. Increases will affect vacation pay as well as Pension, Welfare, and Annuity. Manager and Press Agent scales increase at different rates. The Press Agent rates are directly pegged to the CPI for New York and Northern New Jersey, which are released for the period ended May 31, 2002. It is unlikely that the CPI will exceed the threshold in the COLA provision for Managers this year that provides for an additional increase in such a case. As soon as those numbers are available, the rate sheet will be updated and posted on the Union’s web site in the Members Only document library.

The July 1, 2002 wage increases will also mean increases in Pension, Health, and Annuity contribution rates. Please note that the working dues percentage of 3.25% will remain unchanged.

If you have any questions, please contact Tito Sanchez tsanchez@atpam.com.  Rate charts can be found in the MEMBERS ONLY document section.
